What a Face

My husband just got a new camera, so I'm seeing how the pictures will look on the blog. Isn't this a nice shot of Arlene? The goats have such a kindly look to their faces. I think it has something to do with the big mouth and nose, in contrast to the smaller eyes. Of course, there are those big floppy ears too. Big floppy ears never hurt.



I forgot to mention in yesterday's blog that the vet said that he thought Emma and Arlene are in relatively good health. He wants us to keep up the deworming regime, since he did see the barber pole worms in their stool samples, but he didn't seem to feel imminent death was in their futures. Quite a relief.
